Crua Outdoors Raises $380,000 in Latest Seedrs Fundraising Campaign
Exceeding $250,000 goal, new funds will be used for new tent rental website and other initiatives
SARANAC LAKE, New York - Today, Crua Outdoors-an Irish outdoor recreation company with a U.S. location in Saranac Lake, New York-announced the conclusion of its latest fundraising campaign on Seedrs. An equity crowdfunding platform, Seedrs allows people around the world to invest in forward-thinking, innovative companies like Crua.
Launched on March 1st, Crua's campaign raised nearly $380,000, exceeding the company's initial goal of $250,000. The funds will be used for a new tent rental website, additional product introductions, and strategic partnerships with other companies. Crua will also invest in Werifesteria, an inaugural outdoor event in the Adirondacks. The weekend-long event will allow New Yorkers to develop new skills, experience adventure, and foster a sense of community. Crua has even partnered with Paul Smith's College to help disadvantaged children gain a formal outdoor education.

In recent years, Crua has raised more than $1.3 million in sales revenue through crowdfunding for a wide range of products from tents to hammocks. The Crua "Modus" crowdfunding goal of $20,000 was surpassed in just under two hours, with the company raising more than $264,000 for the six-in-one camping system. The company's new tent rental service-which will be funded by its latest Seedrs campaign-allows users to rent Crua tents, suiting those who wish to experience the benefits of Crua without necessarily making a full purchase. The new service offers users a "try before you buy" opportunity.

"This will allow us to launch new products and improve our existing product lines, re-energizing our customer service.
