Point Positive Holds the 20th Pitch Session

Organization Hosting and Supporting Entrepreneurs Over 10+ Years in the Greater Adirondacks

August 15, 2024 - Point Positive, Inc., the angel investment organization of the Greater Adirondacks, meets with vetted entrepreneurs for pitch sessions twice a year. August 12, 2024, was the 20th session over the past 10+ years, each typically showcasing 3-4 teams of entrepreneurs, including 11 Minority Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE), allowing them to seek equity investment from passionate Point Positive member investors.

Decisions to invest or not are up to the member investors, and the time commitment is tailored to preference – members can lead, mentor, advise, or just monitor and invest individually in fully vetted, promising ventures across multiple industry sectors. The following are the three entrepreneurs:

GreenAcres Processing
GreeneAcres Processing is a start-up industrial hemp processing facility in Lewis County that processes locally produced hemp using regenerative practices.
