Marketing Workshop on January 16, 2025, to Help Adirondack Businesses Thrive
Inlet, NY – – Entrepreneurs and business owners across the Adirondacks
are invited to a free, hands-on marketing workshop designed to provide the tools and
insights needed to launch or grow their businesses. The workshop, titled 'Take Your ADK
Business to the Next Level 39 will take place in Inlet on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 5:30
PM to 7:30 PM.
The event, sponsored by Clarkson University's Shipley Center and the Point Positive angel
investment group, will feature Jill Marsh, co-founder of The Caboose (Inlet, NY). In addition
to owning her own Adirondack small business, Jill is also a seasoned marketing professional
with over 30 years of corporate experience. Jill will share practical strategies, tested
marketing tactics, and valuable lessons drawn from her entrepreneurial journey in the
Adirondacks. Attendees will gain actionable insights and participate in interactive learning
tailored specifically to the unique needs of businesses in the region.
This workshop is free and open to anyone with an interest in entrepreneurship and
marketing, including those that are considering a part-time side business, current business
owners, tech startup founders, and individuals involved with supporting entrepreneurs.
Non-profit groups and ADK event organizers are also encouraged to attend. In addition to
hands-on marketing activities, attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow
attendees and local resources, fostering connections that can help propel their businesses
and organizations forward.
